Programs

A pathway for every swimmer

From first-time floaters to championship qualifiers, every Swim2You program is built on the same foundation: proper technique, water safety, and a coach who knows your name.

Ages 6 months–12 years

Learn to Swim

Our foundation program moves swimmers through six skill-based levels, from parent-assisted water adjustment to independent stroke technique. Classes stay small — six students per coach — so every child gets real feedback, not just pool time.

  • Water safety & survival floating from day one
  • Progress reports every term with clear next steps
  • Free re-assessment if your swimmer isn't ready to advance
Ages 9+ & adults

Competitive Training

Our performance squads train all four competitive strokes, starts, turns, and race strategy under coaches who've guided swimmers to regional and national qualifying times. Squads are grouped by ability, not just age.

  • Development, Pre-Team, and Senior training groups
  • Video stroke analysis every quarter
  • Meet entry support and race-day coaching
Adults & active seniors

Aqua Fitness

Low-impact, high-energy water workouts that build cardio endurance and strength without stressing your joints. Choose from Aqua HIIT, Gentle Mobility, or Masters Lap Swim — no swim experience required.

  • Certified instructors, max 14 people per class
  • Modifications offered for injury recovery & arthritis
  • Drop-in or unlimited monthly passes available
